Members must be nominated by a member of the council and approved by the Directorate of Three by majority vote. A unanimous vote by the chamber can rescind the approval of the directorate. Membership stands until death or removal by the council. The council must vote for removal in the manner specified here. Knights of the Gilded Beaver must be ordained by Privy Council majority vote.
